Fuel cards paired with our GPS data provide an effective solution to identify misuse and prevent fraud.
By comparing the vehicle's GPS location to the merchant's location at the time of purchase, you can verify that the vehicle was actually present at the identified fueling location.
This helps to eliminate fraudulent or unauthorized purchases by raising a red flag so you can take the appropriate action.
Fuel Cards
Integrating fuel card data with Linxup GPS location allows it to be used in the Linxup Dashboard and Fuel Reports. Fuel card data includes purchase location, date, time, and gallons/liters pumped.
FLEETCOR Fuel Card Setup
- Choose a fuel card with help from FLEETCOR.
- Sign and submit a FLEETCOR Data Waiver Form.
- FLEETCOR sets up data sharing and Linxup completes integration.
- Once the integration is complete and the card is used, the data will populate in the Linxup customer portal.
NOTE: For Fuel Card support, contact FLEETCOR at the 800 number listed on the back of your Fuel Card.
WEX Fuel Card Setup
- Choose a fuel card with help from WEX.
- Sign and submit a WEX Data Waiver Form.
- WEX will provide the credentials, which Linxup needs to complete integration.
- WEX Account Number
- Customer WEX SFTP Username
- Customer WEX SFTP Password
- Customer WEX Filename Prefix
- Once the integration is complete and the card is used, the data will populate in the Linxup customer portal the day after the transaction is completed.
NOTE: The portal will only display completed transactions, not pending transactions.
Assigning Fuel Cards to Trackers
- Select ‘Setup’ from the top toolbar.
- Select ‘Tracker Setup’ from the left menu.
- Select the edit pencil to the right of the tracker you wish to assign a fuel card to.
- Locate the ‘Fuel Card’ field and select the arrow to open the dropdown menu.
- Select the fuel card you wish to assign to this tracker.
- Select ‘Save’ to apply these changes.
Fuel Card Report
- Select ‘Reports’ from the top toolbar.
- Select ‘Fuel’ from the left menu.
- You can filter by Date, Group, Trackers, Drivers, and All Transactions or Lost Fuel Only.
- You have the options to Export and Print this report.
